Find Your Super
A fun super hero movement game to be played indoors or outdoors!

Who hasn’t wished for super hero powers at some point in their life? How fun would it be to be able to be invisible or teleport?!?! One power I might be able to do without is super hero hearing. The number of times I hear “mommy” in a day, does not need to amplified…
For kids that need to get the energy out, here is a fun game that can be played indoors or outdoors.
This activity helps to teach determination. It may be hard at first even if you are trying your very best but then you dig deep and discover your power.
Indoors:
Use take to mark 6 lines about 8-10 inches apart. Use super hero action figures or plushies to name each line.
Use the tape as markers to show how far each trainee can jump. For each turn, to celebrate their jump they get to “be the super” that they reached. For example, if they jump to Superman, they can use laser vision!
Outdoor:
Simply replace tape with chalk to take this game outdoors.
Now, go find your super!
